KBMG Group may offer one or both of these services in different markets. In an attempt to reflect per market distinctiveness, such as: language, potentially differing legal requirements and the per market availability of the offerings themselves, this page will offer jurisdiction specific policies.
Though you will find more specific policies linked to below, all KBM Group products and services are based on certain fundamental values. Data is core to the marketing services that KBM Group provides to clients. As long established data experts, we have built our business and reputation on the understanding the ability to use and process consumer data can only occur in an environment where we earn the trust of both the companies on who's behalf we process customer data and the individuals to whom such data relates in order to deliver mutual value to both brands and consumers.
In order to establish and maintain this trust we have committed ourselves to the following guiding principles:
- KBM Group collects, processes and shares data in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations
- KBM Group collects, processes and shares data in compliance with all applicable industry codes, best practices and self-regulation. Specifically we comply with codes put forth by the Direct Marketing Association, the Network Advertising Initiative, and the Digital Advertising Alliance
- KBM Group will only collect, process or share data in a manner respectful to the consumer to whom such data relates. Specifically, our client agreements do not allow data to be used in a way that disadvantages or unfairly discriminates against a consumer.
KBM Group's Chief Privacy Officer and Council for Information Security Practices are tasked with ensuring that these guidelines are met.

KBM Group's Security Program was developed using industry standard security framework that encompasses physical, administrative and technical measures designed to protect consumer and other sensitive client information. KBM Group's hosting environments and security measures are continuously reviewed and assessed by independent third parties.
