I-Behavior Named Rising Star in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Program
Tuesday, October 14, 2003

Harrison, NY – October 14, 2003 – I-Behavior Inc. has been named a Rising Star in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. The Rising Star list ranks 25 winners that have been in business just three or four years. Rankings are based on growth in fiscal year revenues over three years (2000 to 2002).

“It’s not easy for a young company to get traction in the marketplace, let alone report such phenomenal revenue growth,” said Mark A. Evans, national managing partner of Deloitte’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Group. “It’s a credit to I-Behavior’s leadership that they’ve managed to ramp up their business so quickly.”

"We are honored to be recognized by Deloitte & Touche for our strong performance and growing revenues," said Lynn Wunderman, President and CEO of I-Behavior. Our technology has proven tremendously scalable, but most of all, it’s delivering solid performance in the marketplace for our clients, and that’s what’s really driving our growth.”

In addition to ranking eleventh among Rising Stars in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 North American Program, I-Behavior ranked fifth among Rising Stars in the New York Technology Fast 50, which represent the 50 fastest growing technology firms in New York state.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 500 Rising Star program, companies must have had 2000 operating revenues of at least $50,000 USD and $75,000 CD for the United States and Canada respectively; and $1,000,000 USD or CD in 2002. Deloitte researchers examined financial statements to validate operating revenues.

Entrants must also be public or private companies headquartered in North America. Each must be a "technology company," defined as owning proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues (using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify); and/or devoting a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.
