I-Behavior Opt-Out Policy

I-Behavior maintains a Cooperative database to which members (catalog, retail, publishers, etc.) contribute information about their customers in exchange for information about other consumers that may be interested in their products. Members of the Cooperative contribute names, addresses, and general purchase information, such as types of purchases, at the individual level.

In addition to data contributed by Cooperative members, I-Behavior also maintains and processes public information provided by third parties (government and non-governmental sources). We receive this information from business partners who provide it to companies to enhance the data we maintain. This information includes demographic, geographic, business and lifestyle information, for example.

We encourage all Cooperative members to notify consumers when personal information is collected and that it will be shared. We also encourage members to provide consumers with choices about the use of their information.

How to Opt-Out
Because we respect your right to privacy, you can opt-out of I-Behavior's master database. If you wish to have your information removed, please send an e-mail to jhodge@i-behavior.com or write I-Behavior, Inc., Attn: Privacy Compliance Department, 2051 Dogwood Street, Suite 220, Louisville, CO 80027. Please include your full name, your current address and previous address if you have been at your current address fewer than six months. I-Behavior's Cooperative members will not receive your individual record of information for their marketing purposes.

Since not all multi-channel marketers are members of I-Behavior's Cooperative, we comply with the Direct Marketing Association's Mail List Preference Service.
