Chris Dice, President / Chief Executive Officer

Chris brings over 30 years of experience managing the endeavors of technology-based companies in delivering high-value products and services to the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. He most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Abacus Direct Corporation, a leading supplier of services to the direct marketing industry. Under Chris' leadership, Abacus achieved record growth in sales and profitability, and was subsequently acquired by DoubleClick, Inc., the largest independent provider of web-based advertising services.

Prior to joining Abacus, Chris served as president of ImageSoft Technologies, the leading supplier of document imaging systems to the financial services industry. During the decade prior to ImageSoft, he held several executive-level positions at First Financial Management Corporation, an Atlanta-based provider of transaction processing and computer software to the financial services and healthcare industries.

He holds M.B.A. and B.A. degrees from the University of Colorado.

Dave DeMarsh, Senior Vice President / Chief Operations Officer

Dave joined I-Behavior as senior vice president/chief operations officer in December 2006. Before this position, he served as vice president of production operations for Abacus for seven years. He managed the company's production operations for the co-operative database alliance and database management divisions, while also overseeing the product development teams focusing on internal and external product research and development efforts.

Prior to joining Abacus, Dave was assistant vice president of product delivery at Fiserv for eight years. Fiserv is a financial services company specializing in outsourcing, system design and services tailored to the needs of financial institutions. He led the implementation, training, and engineering support services in the development of the company's document imaging and management technology.

Dave also spent six years at GTE Information Systems, where he held various software engineering roles in the development of network data collection interfaces for telephony switching systems. He concentrated on data integration, interoperability, and distributed database interfaces for GTE's internal networks.

Joe Bossone, Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Joe has served as Chief Financial Officer of aCerno since its inception and of I-Behavior since December 2002, and previously served as I-Behavior's Director of Finance/Controller since April 2000. Prior to joining I-Behavior, he served as Financial Controller at Madison Direct Marketing, Ltd., a privately held co-operative direct mail marketing services company. Before Madison Direct Marketing, Joe spent five years with Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), where he most recently was a senior auditor within the audit and business advisory services practice.
Sam Cardonsky, Senior Vice President of New Business Development

Sam joined I-Behavior in 2000 as vice president of membership development. Under his leadership, I-Behavior's client list is approaching 1,400 data-contributing members. Previously, Sam was vice president of the New Media Group at DoubleClick, Inc. He also served as the director of customer development at Infobase/Acxiom for five years where he was instrumental in developing some of the first large databases for top publishers including Time, Inc. and Condé Nast.

Sam began his career in the circulation department of the Harvard Business Review, and he eventually held the title of Publisher at Art and Auction Magazine. From 1985 to 1990 he took a sabbatical from publishing to launch a successful restaurant, Mary Dugan's Dependable Home Cooking, in New Milford, Conn.

Gayla Kraus, Vice President of Client Services

Gayla brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Direct Marketing Industry to I-Behavior, where she has implemented many corporate best practices to improve member results and recruit a top-notch sales team. Before joining the company, she worked for several years as NextAction's director of client services, managing key relationships for some of their largest accounts.

Gayla also spent four years with Abacus serving as an account director as well as holding positions as circulation director and direct marketing manager at Bullock and Jones and The Tzabaco Group, respectively. She began her career at Triplex Direct Marketing Corporation and quickly rose to marketing manager. Gayla earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
