I-Behavior Launches I-Behavior Insights™ Interactive Reporting Portal
Insights Helps Companies Discover Untapped Opportunities to Grow Their Business

October 10, 2010, LOUISVILLE, Colo – I-Behavior Inc, announces the launch of I-Behavior Insights, a new interactive reporting portal that provides companies with a rich view into the purchase behavior of their customers and trends in consumer purchasing behavior overall. I-Behavior Insights brings together comprehensive, aggregated purchase behavior data with demographic information for more than 180 million consumers.

 

I-Behavior developed Insights in response to requests and input taken directly from I-Behavior’s data cooperative customers who were looking for greater access into the collective knowledge that could be obtained from I-Behavior’s aggregated SKU-level data cooperative. Members of I-Behavior’s data cooperative can subscribe to the Insights reporting portal and access a suite of reports targeted to address important marketing, circulation and merchandising questions. Insights is available as an annual subscription, with monthly data updates to support trended reporting, as well as movement in market share and wallet share for the company and the product categories within their offering.

 

Circulation managers, merchandising managers and marketing research specialists will uncover actionable information to meet their business objectives: discover new ways to grow their customer base into new geographic regions or across different demographic segments; identify the products that make the most sense to include as they expand their product mix to increase the frequency and size of current customers’ orders; uncover interests and lifestyle factors about their current customers or new prospects to provide creative direction to drive higher response rates in the company’s marketing efforts; and understand purchase trends for specific product categories, subcategories or the complete product line for a company and its competitors.
