
| Chris Dice, Chief Executive Officer Chris Dice serves as I-Behavior’s CEO and is a member of the company’s board of directors. Chris brings more than 30 years success in managing technology companies, serving both the B2B and B2C markets. Prior to joining I-Behavior, Chris served as president and chief operating officer of Abacus Direct Corporation. Under Chris’ leadership, Abacus achieved record growth in sales and profitability and was subsequently acquired by DoubleClick, Inc. Prior to Abacus, Chris served as president of ImageSoft Technologies, the leading supplier of document imaging systems to the financial services industry. Before leading ImageSoft, Chris held several executive-level positions at First Financial Management Corporation. Chris holds a BA and MBA from the University of Colorado. |

| Dave DeMarsh, President/Chief Operating Officer Dave DeMarsh leads I-Behavior’s day-to-day operations as president and chief operating officer. Under Dave’s operations leadership, the I-Behavior cooperative database count has doubled, and currently represents 171 million purchasing consumers. Before joining I-Behavior, Dave was vice president of production operations at Abacus Direct, where he managed operations for the cooperative database alliance and database management divisions, as well as overseeing product research and development. Prior to Abacus, Dave was assistant vice president of product delivery at Fiserv. While at Fiserv, he led the implementation, training and engineering support services in the development of the company's document imaging and management technology. Dave spent the early part of his career at GTE Information Systems, where he concentrated on data integration, interoperability and distributed database interfaces for GTE's internal networks. Dave holds a BS in Computer Science from Stetson University. |

| Joe Bossone, Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Joe Bossone, I-Behavior’s chief financial officer, has been with the company since 2000. During his tenure with I-Behavior, Joe also served as CFO of acerno, an ad network launched and wholly owned by I-Behavior until its sale to Akamai in October 2008.
Prior to joining I-Behavior, Joe was the financial controller at Madison Direct Marketing, Ltd., a privately held cooperative direct mail marketing services company. Joe spent five years at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) as a senior auditor in the audit and business advisory services practice. Joe holds a BS in Business & Economics, with a major in accounting from Lehigh University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

| Sam Cardonsky, SVP, Corporate Development Sam Cardonsky joined I-Behavior in 2000 and serves as the company’s senior vice president of corporate development. Sam has been instrumental in helping I-Behavior grow its cooperative to more than 1,800 members. Sam came to I-Behavior from DoubleClick, Inc., where he was vice president of new media. Prior to DoubleClick, Sam served as director of customer development at Infobase/Acxiom for five years where he oversaw the development of the first large databases for top publishers, including Time, Inc. and Condé Nast. Sam began his career in the circulation department of the Harvard Business Review and eventually held the title of Publisher at Art and Auction Magazine. From 1985 to 1990, he took a sabbatical from publishing to launch a successful restaurant, Mary Dugan's Dependable Home Cooking, in New Milford, CT. Sam holds a BA in English from the University of California. |

| Ellen Bossert, Vice President, Marketing and Communications Ellen brings 20 years of marketing and advertising experience to I-Behavior. As vice president of marketing and communications, she is responsible for all corporate and product marketing initiatives. Before joining I-Behavior, Ellen was a senior account director at the Sterling-Rice Group where she managed high-tech and biotech accounts. She also served as a consultant to Sterling-Rice’s Brand Innovations group, working on Positioning Strategies and New Product Innovations for SRG’s Fortune 500 clients. Ellen spent nine years working for start-up technology companies as vice president of marketing for bConnected Corp and its predecessor, bCandid Corp, which was sold to Software.com in 2001, as well as senior director of advertising services at MatchLogic Inc. Ellen holds a BBA in Marketing with a certificate in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
 | Dave Buehmann, Chief Technology Officer Dave brings 25 years technology management and software development experience to I-Behavior and serves as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining I-Behavior, Dave was Director of Product Development for Aegis Analytical. Previously, Dave was with a custom software development company, Bolder Heuristics. He also held management and technical positions at Intergraph Corporation. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |

| Joe Bank, GM, Merchant Services Joe Bank joined I-Behavior as senior vice president of sales in 2009. Joe comes to I-Behavior from Abacus where he served as senior vice president overseeing the B2C, B2B, Retail, Solo offer, Publishing and Continuity Divisions. Joe brings an exceptional sales track record, as well as 17 years of direct marketing experience with companies that include Rodale Press and International Masters Publishers. Joe’s international experience in the UK, Spain, Germany and France adds even greater depth to I-Behavior’s management team. Joe holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan. |

| Keith Johnson, GM, I-Behavior Interactive Keith is general manager of I-Behavior Interactive. Previously, Keith served as I-Behavior’s vice president of product management and new markets. Before joining I-Behavior, Keith was vice president of direct marketing at Crutchfield, one of the nation’s leading consumer electronics retailers, where he oversaw all aspects of their catalog, online and retail marketing efforts. Keith’s progressive experience at Abacus/DoubleClick, where he last served as an Account Director, included developing new products, leading sales teams and consulting with many of the company’s largest clients. Keith graduated with honors from the University of Northern Colorado with a BA in Psychology. |

| Andy Kamlet, GM, Database Enhancement Solutions Andy is general manager of I-Behavior’s Database Enhancement Solutions, focused on enriching the value of a customer’s marketing database. Andy brings more than 25 years of technology marketing experience in a variety of industries, including software development, database marketing, financial services and Internet services. Prior to joining I-Behavior, Andy was a director of marketing with Microsoft Corporation where he led product management initiatives for Microsoft’s business intelligence and performance management endeavors. He joined Microsoft through its acquisition of FRx Software where he served as vice president of marketing. Andy held product management and marketing positions for Exodus Communications and spent 10 years with Customer Insight Company, which was acquired by Experian. Andy began his career as a product manager for Mid-Continent Computer Services. Andy holds a BS in Business Administration from Drake University and received his MBA from the University of Colorado, Executive Program. |
